Jay Chaudhry, CEO of the cloud security company Zscaler, publicly dismissed our reporting on LinkedIn regarding Broadcom's alleged plans to acquire his firm. He firmly stated, "I want to set-the-record-straight that neither I nor the Zscaler board of directors are seeking or entertaining any offers to acquire Zscaler. Any reports stating otherwise, are untrue."
However, our sources confirmed that discussions are ongoing with multiple parties showing interest in acquiring Zscaler. Despite Chaudhry's predictable rebuttal at this early stage, we stand by the accuracy of our coverage.
